Elite Care Transports LLC was founded in 2017 by Noah Nuru and Mustefa Humed in Dallas, Texas . As the founders of ECT, they personally provided the transportation needs of mobility-impaired people in Fort-Worth and Dallas County since 2004.
Manning a ground service of both ambulatory and wheelchair accessible vehicles, they quickly recognized the need for a viable and affordable transportation. Elite Care Transports LLC has transported people of all ages who are bed-ridden, confined to a wheelchair, and/or recovering from major surgery, life-altering injuries, and chronic illnesses – whenever and wherever they might need to go.
Transportation Gaps Widen and Elite Care Transports LLC Grows
Due to growing demand, ECT quickly expanded from local operation in Dallas and Fort-Worth County, on an “as needed basis”, to providing non-emergency medical transportation 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, 365 days/year in Ft. Worth’s medical district and Dallas counties.
In 2018, a second station opened in Dallas as a merger with Fort Worth’s A.C.E. Non-Emergency Transport. The acquisition of A.C.E. expanded Elite Care Transports LLC ’s service area to include all of Dallas County and surrounding counties on the western side of the DFW Metroplex.
Elite Care Transports LLC strives to provide quality and on-time non-emergency medical transportation. ECT’s dependable and patient-centered performance has built a solid reputation. Customers – private citizens and facilities’ patients, and clients have come to rely on our team to meet their scheduled and unexpected transportation needs.
ECT’s success and reputation are due to its drivers’ commitment to passengers. The majority of the RNS team previously worked in the medical and/or medical transportation field(s) as:
• First Responders,
• Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs),
• Paramedics,
• Facility Transportation Coordinators, and
• Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Serving in these types of roles, combined with a passion for patient safety, adds a special dimension to the care given before, during, and after transport. The ECT team is committed to building working relationships with facilities’ staff and quickly developing a rapport with passengers whether it’s a one-time or repeat ride.
ALL drivers receive training in Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), basic first aid, infectious disease control, lifting & transfer techniques, tips for handling potential challenges, and driving tips to optimize the fleet’s performance.
From one location to another, regardless of disability, medical status, location, or destination, drivers strive to provide not only a safe and timely ride, but also competent and compassionate care. Special attention is given to the fact that passengers facing medical challenges and long recoveries tend to encounter high levels of anxiety, stress, and uncertainty. Elite Care Transports LLC ’s goal is to help alleviate transportation obstacles so that passengers and loved ones can concentrate on other issues.
